Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in 4-Wheeler Automobile Sales Key Responsibilities
Drive 4-wheeler sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
Develop recent customer leads and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Handle showroom sales operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
Guide sales executives in lead generation, follow-ups and customer conversions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with other departments including Finance, Insurance and Service for smooth delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales processes and policies.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall showroom and team targets.
