Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, HRSD, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work extensively on ITSM and HRSD implementations and enhancements.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows/Flows.
Write and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Develop solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application and integration issues.
Follow ITIL best practices while designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
