Key Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging, child-centric learning sessions for students in government schools.
Support the development of curriculum, learning modules and physical/digital content.
Work with the Training and other teams to develop and deliver effective learning programs.
Coordinate with teachers, government officials, volunteers and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate student, beneficiary and program records.
Observe sessions and track program impact through reports and feedback.
Facilitate PAF’s Functional English program across rural and urban communities.
Contribute to cutting-edge ideas and other Foundation programs and initiatives.
We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in the education sector.
Graduate in Social Work, Education or an equivalent field.
Strong English communication skills; Marathi is preferable.
Prior experience working with children.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Solid collaboration, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Passion and commitment towards working with children and teachers.
Adaptable, proactive and able to see the bigger picture.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
