Garg Alloys is a growing engineering and manufacturing company engaged in the production of construction and industrial hardware including TMT stirrups (rings), anchor bolts, U-bolts, stud bolts, threaded rods, rebar couplers, and structural fasteners. We are building a long-term manufacturing brand focused on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities from contractors, builders, construction companies, PEB manufacturers, fabricators, infrastructure companies, and industrial customers.
Visit customer sites and develop long-term business relationships.
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence regarding prices, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Engineering preferred but not mandatory).




1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, construction materials, steel, industrial products, hardware, or engineering products.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across Jharkhand and nearby states.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
