HRBP / HR Generalist (1–4 Years of Experience) – Bangalore

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP, 1–4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles — sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent hires.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure smooth HR documentation.
Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the central HR team.
Help execute employee engagement activities and drive internal communication.
Provide basic HR support to the team and escalate issues where needed.
Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment branding and the overall employee experience.

Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or generalist operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and follow-through.
Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute; post-graduation in HR is a plus.
Based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office for 5 days a week
