We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of multiple vending machine operations. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring service quality, improving efficiency, handling vendors, and driving profitability across locations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of vending machine networks.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service across outlets
Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and operational efficiency
Supervise store managers, field staff, and vending technicians
Ensure high machine uptime and quick resolution of technical issues
Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor management
Implement SOPs and ensure compliance across all locations
Analyze performance data and prepare operational reports
Support expansion by identifying new locations
Drive cost optimization and improve overall profitability

Requirements




5–7 years of experience in F&B; operations, retail operations, or vending/micro-market business
Strong experience in managing multi-location operations
Positive understanding of inventory systems, POS, and operational KPIs
Robust leadership, communication, and vendor management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment

Preferred Skills
Experience in café/QSR or automated retail operations
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Experience managing P&L; responsibilities

Location : Mumbai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
