We are hiring an Offroll Recruiter for the Kollam region.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and sourcing
Candidate screening and coordination
Managing employee documentation & onboarding
Attendance tracking and follow-ups
Coordination with operations team for manpower planning
Maintaining recruitment and employee records
Vendor coordination (if applicable)
Location: Kilikollur, Kollam
Eligibility: Candidates from nearby locations preferred
