We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Technical Service Engineer to handle technical complaints, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service activities related to EOT Cranes. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve technical complaints related to EOT Cranes.
Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and identify root causes.
Coordinate and supervise service engineers/technicians at customer sites.
Plan and manage service visits, breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, and repair activities.
Guide the service team in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
Prepare service reports, complaint reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with production, design, electrical, and spare-parts teams whenever required.
Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.




Monitor service team performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in any mechanical industry, machinery, equipment, crane, material handling, manufacturing, or maintenance workplace.
Candidates with experience in EOT Cranes / Overhead Cranes / Hoists will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Ability to lead and coordinate a technical/service team.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, machinery servicing, industrial equipment, or a similar technical role.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
