About the Role

We are seeking an experienced skilled to lead the Service function for a large automobile dealership. The role requires robust leadership, customer focus, and proven expertise in managing service operations and profitability.

Desired Profile
Minimum 15 years of experience in Vehicle Service, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/AMIE/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Strong team‑building, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Digital orientation and familiarity with modern business practices.
Mandatory experience with Commercial Segment Vehicles.
Analytical ability to evaluate financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Drive workshop profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and monitor action plans to achieve financial targets.
Oversee workshop operations, vehicle flow, and turnaround time.
Lead customer retention programs and service quality initiatives.
Provide guidance to regional service teams and manage overall P&L.;




Liaise with OEM service officials and conduct periodic process audits.
Authorize disposal of scrap, used oil, and hazardous waste per compliance.
Monitor creditors and debtors within approved limits.
Ensure effective deployment and utilization of assets.
