Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls and messages.
Make initial calls to current enquiries and understand customer requirements.
Attend and respond to missed calls promptly.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and outcomes.
Share basic product/service information with customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and further follow-up.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries.
Maintain accurate customer and enquiry information.
Required Skills Positive verbal communication skills.
Hindi communication is essential; Chhattisgarhi/Odia/English can be an advantage depending on the location. Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups. Customer-friendly and skilled attitude. Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
