Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand Wonderla’s presence in the away market and inbound tourism segment. The role focuses on building partnerships and driving footfall and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard tour operators, travel agents, and DMCs
Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets
Build and manage solid partner relationships
Develop business strategies for tourism market growth
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
Analyze performance and suggest improvements
Create innovative travel packages and offerings

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, or business development
Strong knowledge of travel agency and tour operator networks




Experience in B2B sales or field sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Candidates from Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality backgrounds are preferred.
