We are looking for a Lead – Accounting to drive accounting operations within our Managed Services business. The ideal candidate should come from an Accounting Services firm / outsourcing environment, with solid experience in managing multiple clients, leading service delivery, and driving finance digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end accounting operations for managed services clients across multiple engagements
Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction
Manage service delivery SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
Drive finance digital transformation initiatives across engagements
Identify and implement automation prospects (RPA, workflows, AI-led tools) to improve efficiency and accuracy




Lead automation projects from ideation to implementation and stabilization
Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirements
Review financials and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of accounting professionals
Support transitions of new clients and stabilize operations post-go-live

Preferred Experience
CA with 12 – 15 years in an Accounting Services firm.
Proven track record in finance digital transformation and automation projects
Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and finance tech solutions
Robust understanding of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance
Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
