Designation: CRM & Customer Relationship Executive / Manager

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

JOB PURPOSE

To manage customer relationships, support sales growth, coordinate customer orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts and other internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage existing B2B/corporate customers and maintain long-term relationships.
Handle customer enquiries, requirements, follow-ups and quotations.
Coordinate POs, orders, invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Track customer orders from confirmation to production and dispatch.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Identify repeat business, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Support the sales team in lead follow-up and customer conversion.
Maintain customer and sales records using MS Excel/CRM/ERP.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer and sales reports.




Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payment-related matters.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid B2B sales and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up ability.
Good knowledge of PO, quotation, invoicing and order processes.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with multiple departments.
Target-oriented and commercially aware.

PREFERRED

Experience in Flexible Packaging / Plastic Packaging / Films / Laminates / Pouches / Manufacturing will be an advantage, but industry experience is not mandatory.

A customer-focused and commercially oriented professional who can manage key accounts, coordinate orders, support sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
