Our Client is a leading world-class manufacturer of chemicals with exports across more than 15 countries. They are looking for :

SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job location: Ambernath West

Salary budget: 30 to 45,000 depending on experience

Age not more than 35 years only

Key Responsibilities:
· Book purchase bills and expense bills in the accounting system.
· Record and maintain cash vouchers and related documentation.
· Pass salary booking entries and maintain payroll-related accounting records.
· Maintain accurate accounting records and proper supporting documentation.
· Process and track statutory payments such as Qualified Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF).
· Maintain proper records for statutory filings and payments.
· Ensure statutory payments are completed within required timelines.
· Assist in monthly accounts closing activities.
· Prepare and maintain Debtors List / Outstanding Receivables reports.
· Prepare cash reports and Cash Credit (CC) statements for management review.
· Monitor purchase order short quantity details.




· Track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and status.
· Coordinate with purchase and store departments to resolve discrepancies.
· Support processing of international transactions as required.
· Assist in payment tracking and maintain proper documentation.
· Handle Prudent and ECGC declarations and maintain related records.
· Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
· Respond to accounts-related emails from internal departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.
· Coordinate with various departments to resolve accounting or documentation issues.

Candidate Criteria
BCom or MCom with min. 5 Years’ experience in Accounts
Basic knowledge of Banking and other related work
Ability to keep documents and data well organized
Sound Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of Tally accounting package is compulsory
