Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Experience: Freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer communication and follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and documentation.
Use Excel to update and manage customer data.
Understand and explain basic Mutual Fund (MF) concepts to customers.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams as required.
Address basic customer queries and provide necessary support.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a valuable customer experience.
Occasional travel may be required.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers/candidates with no prior experience can apply.
Positive knowledge of Excel and documentation.
Basic understanding of Mutual Fund concepts.
Positive communication skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
