Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.

Requirements
Candidates must be from Aurangabad or currently residing in Aurangabad.




Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
(Based on experience and performance.)
