Assess the urgency of incoming calls and escalate significant matters to seniors.
Conduct physical surveys of project sites, offices, and target areas.
Maintain and update lead and enquiry data in the prescribed back-office format.
Handle incoming calls from recent and existing leads.
Generate enquiries through proactive customer outreach and solicitation.
Collect complete enquiry details in the prescribed format from interested prospects.
Follow up regularly with leads until conversion into enquiries.
Secure orders and coordinate submission to the Sales Support team.
Coordinate with the Project Team for measurements and submit measurement sheets to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate delivery schedules, challans, invoices, and related documentation to ensure smooth order execution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
