Student Visa Counsellor – Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Student Visa Counsellor to guide students through the study-abroad process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their educational goals, recommending suitable courses and countries, and assisting with the student visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
Assess students’ academic background, financial profile, and career goals.
Provide accurate information about admission and student visa requirements.
Assist students with documentation, application forms, SOPs, and visa file preparation.
Follow up with students regarding pending documents and application status.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, and relevant agencies for admissions and visa processing.
Maintain regular communication with students and provide updates throughout the application process.




Handle student queries professionally and build strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Maintain proper records of student applications and follow company procedures.
Stay updated with changes in study-abroad, admission, and visa policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in student counselling, study abroad, admissions, or visa consultancy is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
Knowledge of international education and student visa processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
