Role Overview

We are looking for technically skilled ITI and Polytechnic candidates who are interested in hands-on product development. The role involves working with the product development team on practical engineering projects, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and prototype development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in product assembly, fabrication, installation, and testing.
Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical and technical systems.
Assist with wiring, component fitting, assembly, or other technical activities based on project requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
Follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Eligibility




ITI or Diploma/Polytechnic qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
Candidates from Electrical, Electronics, or related trades may apply.
Candidates with solid practical/hands-on skills will be preferred.

Preferred Skills
Valuable practical and technical aptitude.
Basic understanding of tools and equipment.
Ability to assemble and troubleshoot components.
Problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Positive teamwork and discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
