Roles & Responsibilities :
Build Solid Last mile network and team.
Manage the rider / delivery boy operations of the area(s) allocated.
Ensure adequate supply of riders / delivery boys as per demand plan.
Training, on boarding & payout management of riders / delivery boys.
Build value proposition through different activities, partnerships or advantage offerings.
Drive Metrics like Orders per hour, Earnings per hour and Cost per order.
Drive High performance & customer focused culture.
Provide support to the city and central team during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
