We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell solar power plant solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting field visits, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar power plant solutions.
Conduct field visits and meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions.
Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and the installation process.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams when required.
Maintain regular updates on leads and sales activities.

Requirements




Previous experience in field sales is preferred.
Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
Freshers with a solid interest in sales may also apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant solar sales experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
