We are hiring an IT skilled to support the company’s day-to-day technology, systems, and employee IT needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install and maintain computers, applications, and systems
Manage user accounts, access, and basic IT security
Maintain IT records and equipment
Coordinate with vendors and external IT teams when needed
Requirements:
Valuable technical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
Good communication skills
B.Tech/BCA/MCA or relevant IT qualification preferred
Freshers with robust technical knowledge may be considered
