Position: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Management
Drive monthly and annual sales quotas for current vehicles, accessories, and financing options.
Track daily showroom enquiries, vehicle bookings, and customer deliveries.
Analyze local market trends and run local promotional campaigns to increase footfall.

Service and Aftersales Operations
Supervise the workshop and spare parts department to ensure efficient vehicle servicing.
Monitor daily service inflow, job card turnarounds

Administration and Financial Control
Oversee cash handling,



daily collections, and branch operational expenses.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of retail or dealership management experience, specifically within the automotive or two-wheeler sector.
Skills: Solid leadership, basic financial literacy, problem-solving, and local language proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
