Position: Site Supervisor
Department: Interior & Construction
Experience: 0–3 years preferred
Location: Trichy / Project Sites

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor interior work at project sites.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, measurements and design specifications.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Take site measurements and verify dimensions.
Plan daily work and allocate tasks to workers.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Coordinate material requirements and inform the office about shortages.
Maintain daily site reports and work updates.
Coordinate with customers and explain site-related requirements.
Identify and resolve site issues during execution.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the work site.
Take photos/videos of work progress and share regular updates with the office.

Required Skills:




Positive knowledge of interior works and construction processes.
Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and multiple activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
