Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and enquiries.
Explain our home healthcare services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding patient enquiries.

Requirements
Valuable Malayalam speaking ability with explicit communication skills




Fluent and confident in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Friendly, polite and convincing personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
Candidates with telecalling, sales or customer service experience will be preferred.
