Billing Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Experience:3–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with positive knowledge of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify RA bills, measurement sheets, and quantity statements.
Check site measurements and quantities against approved drawings/BOQ.
Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify supporting documents.
Track variations, additional works, and deductions.
Coordinate with site and project teams for billing and quantity verification.
Maintain proper billing records and support final account preparation.

Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out billing.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Experience in commercial and office interior projects is an added advantage.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
