Supervise daily production activities.
Ensure hygiene, GMP and food safety practices are followed.
Monitor product quality during production.
Maintain production and quality records.
Coordinate with production workers for smooth operations.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
Assist in production planning and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company SOPs.
Experience in meat, poultry, ready-to-eat or food manufacturing will be preferred.
Report production issues and coordinate for corrective actions
