Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This prospect is suitable for MBA graduates/freshers who are interested in developing practical experience in HR operations and gaining exposure to a qualified work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
Support recruitment and interview coordination.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support attendance and leave-related activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR files.
Coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Eligibility
MBA / MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
