ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Finance skilled to support core finance functions. The role focuses

on financial reporting, taxation, MIS, cost control, and financial planning & analysis, while enabling compliance, cost

optimization, and informed management decision-making.

The Job:
Responsible for end-to-end financial reporting and controllership, including month-end, quarter-end, and

year-end close, group reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS and Ind AS standards.
Responsible for managing taxation and statutory compliance, including GST, Income Tax, TDS filings, audits, and

maintenance of documentation related to exports and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for management accounting and cost control through preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis,

product costing, profitability analysis, and monitoring operational costs.
Responsible for FP&A; activities such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and providing

actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Essential: Should be a Finance skilled with strong exposure to financial reporting, compliance, cost control, and
Qualified CA / Semi qualified with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
5 - 10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, treasury, audits, and regulatory

compliance.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and a proven ability to drive automation and process improvements.
Demonstrated track record in enhancing profitability, optimizing working capital, and ensuring statutory

compliance.
Robust leadership, business partnering, and strategic decision-making skills with effective communication ability.

Willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam only apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
