A strong candidate with required skillset (managed large programme’s in the capacity of Programme Manager) is critical for the project.
Experience in developing business cases, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for meetings and events being undertaken.
Should have delivered projects with medium complexity and scope.
Robust relationship management and program / change / project management skills.
Lead business Change Investment prioritization and planning for the years ahead, in alignment with business or workstream strategy.

The BA will support operating model transformation by documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points, and defining future-state operational processes for the Commercial Cards re-platforming program.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct AS-IS operational process analysis across functions and regions.
Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and pain points.
Support future-state process design and operational transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops with operations teams and business stakeholders.




Define business requirements and operational capabilities.
Support operating model design and process optimization activities.
Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to implement target-state solutions.
Support implementation, testing, and transition activities.

Required Skills & Experience
7–11 years of BA experience within Banking and Financial Services.
Solid background in Banking Operations Business Analysis.
Experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and operational transformation.
Ability to perform gap analysis and future-state solutioning.
Robust workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience documenting business processes and operating procedures.

Preferred Skills
Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Lending, or Cards Operations experience.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
Knowledge of target operating model concepts.
