Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to attract suitable candidates
Source candidates through databases, job portals, references, and networking Conduct outbound calls for candidate sourcing and basic lead generation




Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain and update candidate databases, records, and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics
