Shift Manager – Kolkata

Job Type: Full time Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Description: We are looking for a Shift Manager to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth shift functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily shift operations
Supervise and coordinate team members
Ensure excellent customer service
Handle staff schedules and attendance
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
Monitor stock and prepare basic reports
Coordinate with the Store/Restaurant Manager

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as a Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader
Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, or F&B;
Positive communication and team-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
