Position- Customer Support Associate – Seller Support
Location: Pune, Work From Office- 5.5 Days Working- Rotational Shifts & Week Off

Key Responsibilities:
Handle seller queries through Voice, Chat, Email, or assigned channels.
Resolve queries related to orders, listings, inventory, payments, returns, shipping, account management, and seller performance.
Troubleshoot issues using SOPs, policies, and support tools.
Maintain accurate case records and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Meet quality, productivity, AHT, SLA, and attendance targets.
Identify recurring seller issues and share feedback with the team

Requirements:
Experience in E-Commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Center, or BPO preferred.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.




Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven setting.
Ability to use multiple systems and CRM/case-management tools.
Solid attention to detail and process adherence.
Willingness to work rotational shifts

Pay: ₹10,546.70 - ₹32,000.00 per month
