Showroom Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the showroom.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
Manage product displays and ensure merchandise is arranged as per brand guidelines.
Sales & Customer Service
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and guide sales executives, billing staff, and support staff.
Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and motivate the team.
Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/accounts team for replenishment.
Ensure accurate stock records and prevent pilferage or damages.
Oversee inward and outward movement of products from the showroom.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and proper cash/credit management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Support in budgeting,



expense monitoring, and cost control for the showroom.
Marketing & Promotions
Coordinate with the marketing team for implementing in-store promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Suggest local marketing ideas to increase showroom footfall.
Organize and oversee product launches or customer engagement events at the showroom.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with audit requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with walk-in customers and repeat clients.
Collect feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.
Ensure after-sales support and smooth coordination with the service/delivery team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
