Operate fiber optic cable manufacturing equipment such as SZ stranding, buffering, sheathing, coloring, and jacketing machines.
Monitor production parameters and ensure cables meet customer and industry specifications.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production schedules.
Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks on fiber optic cables.
Measure cable dimensions, attenuation, and other quality parameters using testing instruments.
Identify and report production defects, equipment issues, and process deviations.
Maintain production records, batch reports, and machine logs.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and 5S practices.
Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Required Skills
Knowledge of optical fiber cable manufacturing processes.




Basic understanding of FTTH cable construction and specifications.
Ability to operate production machinery and testing equipment.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and manufacturing standards.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read production documents, drawings, and specifications.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or related field.
Certification in Fiber Optics or Manufacturing Operations is an added advantage.

Experience
1 to 5 years of experience in optical fiber cable manufacturing or cable production industry.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may be considered for trainee positions.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
