Job Description

PEXA Car Care is looking for a confident, mature, and resilient Franchise Coordinator Assistant to handle existing franchisee queries, complaints, and operational escalations.

It is a problem-solving and relationship-management role that requires robust communication skills and the ability to handle demanding and difficult franchise partners professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for existing PEXA Car Care franchise partners
Handle franchisee queries, complaints, and escalations.
Manage high-pressure conversations with dissatisfied or demanding franchisees.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to resolve issues
Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure
Escalate critical matters to management with factual analysis and recommendations

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English , Malayalam and Hindi
Proven ability to handle hard customers and conflict situations
Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills

High emotional intelligence, patience, and resilience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
