Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting operations. The candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, basic accounting principles, GST, invoicing, and day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports as required.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collections.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting matters.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills




Tally ERP / Tally Prime – mandatory
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in a trading, manufacturing, service, or engineering company.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in Tally.
Valuable understanding of GST, invoicing, reconciliation, and ledger management.
Able to independently manage routine accounting activities.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
