Tour Packages: Design, customize, and sell travel itineraries including accommodation, sightseeing, and transport.
Client Service: Advise customers on destinations, travel trends, and best fare options.
Operations: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for special requests.
Documentation: Assist with visa processing and required travel documents. [1, 2, 3]

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is generally required.
Experience: Proven experience in travel agency operations or airline ticketing is often necessary.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries and vendor interactions.
