Provide 24-hour nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients according to established protocols.
Assess and continuously monitor vital signs, neurological status, respiratory status, cardiac status, and fluid balance.
Recognize and promptly report changes or deterioration in the patient's condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments safely as prescribed.
Manage and monitor oxygen therapy, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other PICU equipment.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures, resuscitation, intubation, and other critical interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, medication records, intake/output charts, and patient care plans.
Follow infection-control, isolation, medication-safety, and patient-safety practices.
Provide appropriate care for central lines, arterial lines, urinary catheters, drains, and other invasive devices.




Collect specimens and perform investigations as ordered.
Maintain emergency equipment and ensure necessary supplies are readily available.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and provide emotional support and appropriate health education.
Participate in handover, multidisciplinary rounds, audits, quality improvement, and continuing nursing education.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and skilled nursing standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
