Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the animal/poultry feed segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers for poultry feed and raw materials
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Visit clients, distributors, and dealers as per assigned territory
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch




Collect market feedback and competitor information
Ensure timely payment follow-ups from customers

Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (feed/agro sector preferred)
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for field sales
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
