We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Executive to manage and support our existing clients and handle their Mutual Fund-related service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients and provide regular support.
Handle client queries related to Mutual Funds, transactions and investments.
Coordinate and resolve service-related issues with internal teams.
Assist clients with Mutual Fund operations, documentation and updates.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build robust, professional and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Preferred experienced candidates only.
2+ years of experience in Mutual Funds / Stock Broking / Wealth Management.
Prior experience in a Stock Broking firm or relevant financial-services company is strongly preferred.
Practical knowledge of Mutual Funds and Mutual Fund Operations is required.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Basic computer, email, MS Office and online portal knowledge.
Skilled, responsible and client-oriented approach.
Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Tricity will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
