The HR Executive leads and oversees all human resources functions, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive acts as a trusted advisor on people-related matters and plays a key role in shaping company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
Lead HR initiatives that support growth, performance, and culture

Talent Management
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Design and implement talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
Manage performance management frameworks and annual review processes

Employee Relations
Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations issues
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work setting
Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies

Compensation & Perks
Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs




Manage benefits programs and ensure competitiveness and compliance
Analyze market trends to support pay and advantages decisions

Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Manage audits, investigations, and risk mitigation related to HR matters

HR Operations & Analytics
Oversee HR systems, records, and reporting
Use HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 1 year of progressive HR experience

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making
High level of integrity and discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
