Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Create, upload, optimize, and maintain product listings.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and product information.
Monitor product performance, sales, visibility, and marketplace KPIs.
Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve product visibility and revenue.
Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and refunds.
Monitor product pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
Support the planning and execution of marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams.
Prepare regular marketplace performance reports.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues.




Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart or similar platforms.
Robust knowledge of product listing and marketplace operations.
Valuable understanding of e-commerce sales and performance metrics.
