Job Summary:




We are looking for a responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, workers, quality, safety, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and manufacturing activities.
Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
Monitor product quality and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Follow factory safety rules and ensure a secure working environment.
Maintain production, attendance, inventory, and shift records.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and management teams.
Identify and resolve production or operational issues.

Requirements:
