We are looking for a energetic Sales & Customer Service Associate to manage customer interactions and support sales growth. The candidate will handle enquiries, assist customers, generate leads, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries through calls and other channels.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
Generate leads and conduct follow-ups.
Assist customers during the purchase process.
Maintain customer and sales databases.
Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain daily sales and customer service reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
