We are seeking a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive with a background in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves managing vendor coordination, quotations, billing, and material dispatch operations. A robust understanding of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and obtain quotations from various suppliers.

· Compare pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure optimal procurement.

· Generate purchase orders and ensure proper billing documentation.

· Coordinate and manage the dispatch of materials until secure delivery at the plant.

· Share final invoices and documentation with the finance team for processing.

· Maintain comprehensive purchase and dispatch records.

· Understand and align purchasing decisions with RM/PM specifications.

· Liaise with vendors, logistics teams,



and internal departments regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus.

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical purchasing.

· Familiarity with pharma procurement protocols and compliance requirements.

· Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/billing tools.

· Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,800.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
