Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Create and maintain detailed job descriptions for various roles
Conduct pre-screening calls and shortlist candidates based on requirements
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and basic HR administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll processing and leave management
Support talent acquisition initiatives and build candidate pipelines
Coordinate between candidates and management for interview scheduling
Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (BA/BSc/BBA in HR preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Admin or similar role
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
Proficiency in creating job descriptions and pre-screening scripts
Positive communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi)
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with EOR staffing or contract staffing
Familiarity with US staffing solutions
Digital marketing knowledge for recruitment
LinkedIn profile optimization skills
