About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in recruiting creative and specialized talent. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of 2D/3D artists, graphic designers, video editors, sculptors, fine arts, animation, and other creative profiles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, referrals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and evaluate portfolios, skills, software knowledge, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Coordinate interviews, skill tests, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and talent pipelines.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth offer-to-joining conversion.
Support campus and institute hiring for creative and entry-level positions.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Experience in creative or specialized hiring will be preferred.
Good understanding of creative profiles and portfolios.
Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
