We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service.
Supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance and performance.
Coordinate between Kitchen, Service and other departments.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and company SOPs are followed.
Support sales targets, upselling and cost control.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reports and operational activities.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in restaurant/hotel operations.
Previous experience as Captain, Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager preferred.
Positive communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
Hotel Management qualification is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
