Understand customer requirements and provide proper information about products / services.
Coordinate with the sales team for quoptations , orders and customer requirements.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending enquires.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain positive and skilled relationships with customers.
Support the sales team in converting enquires into orders.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
